Conative Resolutions for the New Year

This year, I resolve to remember that …..2017 New year countdown timer - 3d render

  1. My MO is made up of all strengths.
  2. All those strengths contribute to my problem solving process.
  3. There are no “low” scores in my conative MO
  4. Success is the freedom to be myself
  5. Sometimes it’s good to “do nothing”
  6. It’s good to trust my gut
  7. Being “smart enough” is not enough
  8. Initiating Fact Finders and Implementors can both be successful CEOs – they’ll just do it differently
  9. There is no one “right” way to solve any problem
  10. My personality may be a door opener but my MO is the real winner, the closer

-A friend supports you in being your authentic conative self.  What are those other people doing in your life?

Quote of the month...
