The recent Conation Nation Symposium on September 22nd – 23rd was a booming success! With a number of exciting product announcements, a detailed overview of the latest conative research, the special “early edition” release of a new “family business” book by Kathy Kolbe and Amy Bruske, loads of networking opportunities, breakout presentations on topics ranging from coaching strategies to talent management to creating a Kolbe-infused culture, two dynamic keynote speakers who addressed the changing workforce and strategies for influencing clients, family members and colleagues, and much, much more, participants barely had a chance to catch their breath during the two-day event.
Participants described the Symposium as being the “best ever” and “insightful and inspiring,” and expressed appreciation for the opportunity to spend time with friends and colleagues who have made conation such an important part of their lives.
Among the many big announcements at the Symposium was the fact that this will now be an annual event. That means that Kolbe CertifiedTM Consultants will be able to fulfill their annual continuing education requirement at this two-day annual event. In 2017, Conation Nation Symposium will return to the beautiful Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, AZ, on October 26 – 27.
