Specializing in executive coaching and team-based coaching with a focus on the development of leadership behaviors that characterize extraordinary leaders, she is a sought-after consultant and also an associate professor at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Dr. Peterson has published a variety of articles nationally and consulted with leaders in many Fortune 500 companies, including Morgan Stanley, Microsoft, McDonald's, and State Farm, among others.
